Silver Needle White Tea

The most prized white tea in the world, Bai Hao Yin Zhen is hand-picked from only the plumpest, most tender buds of the Fujian tea plant. Covered in fine silvery-white down, these buds produce a pale, luminous liquor with honeyed sweetness, notes of melon and peach, and an impossibly silky texture.
